Get paid $300 for every call you book that closes.
You do not need a degree, a following, or a single dollar to start. You need a phone, a clean profile, and the discipline to follow the system on this page exactly as it is written.
A real skill, paid on results.
You get paid for outcomes
Not hours, not clock ins. Every creator you book who becomes a client pays you $300. There is no ceiling on how many you book.
Zero experience needed
You are handed the exact criteria, the exact scripts and the exact order to do everything in. You are not being asked to be clever. You are being asked to follow it.
Nothing to buy
No ads, no product, no inventory, no subscription. Your phone and your consistency are the entire cost of entry.
You keep the skill forever
Outreach and booking calls is the highest paid entry skill online. You learn it here on a real offer, and it works anywhere you take it next.
The math is simple.
Being straight with you. This is commission. Nothing here is guaranteed and nobody gets paid for sending messages. You get paid when a creator you booked actually becomes a client. But $300 a call is the floor here, not the ceiling. If you are good at this role and you book leads consistently, you get moved up into a setter or dialer seat on the coaching offer itself, and those roles comfortably do 6 grand a month and up.
Only 7 steps, followed in order.
That is the whole job. None of them are complicated and none of them take long. Just work top to bottom, because each step is what makes the next one land.
1 Set up your profile firstBefore you send a single message
Every creator you message will open your profile before they decide whether to reply. If your profile looks like a random account, you get ignored no matter how good the message is. This step is not optional.
Add the title to your bio
Put this line in your Instagram bio, exactly as written. It tells creators who you are before you say a word.

Your grid has to read as high profile
This part is a requirement, not a nice to have. A creator sizes you up from your profile in about two seconds, and they take people seriously who look like they are already doing well. You want to come off as a high end individual yourself.
Post from somewhere that looks expensive
Photos of you standing outside a beautiful city, next to an expensive car, or somewhere with an expensive looking landscape. That is the look you are going for.
Cannot shoot that yourself? Use images you find online
Find images online that represent high end luxury, skylines and settings like that, and post only 1 or 2 of them. Do not flood your grid with them. A couple is all it takes to set the tone.
Strip anything that does not fit
Remove any unnecessary posts that are not in line with a high profile individual. A short clean grid beats a long messy one, and staying a little mysterious with just 1 or 2 strong luxury posts works fine.
Clean profile picture
A clear, well lit, professional photo of you is the ideal way to pull this off. It is not a hard requirement, but nothing else sells it quite as well.
Do not move on until this is done
A maxed out profile with 10 good messages beats a weak profile with 100. Finish this before step two.
2 Build your list of creatorsFind the right people before you touch anyone
Who you pick decides whether this works. A perfect message sent to the wrong creator goes nowhere. Build a list of up to 20 creators for the week before you start engaging with any of them.
Use Collabstr to find them
The fastest way to find creators in volume is collabstr.com. You can browse creators by niche and follower size in one place. This is the recommended method.
Or search Instagram manually
Searching hashtags and niches by hand works too, it is just slower. Use it to top up your list when you need more names.
Qualify every single one
Before a creator goes on your list, they have to meet these. If they miss them, leave them out.
- Over 10K followers.
- Real reach. At least one reel over 20K views in their last 8 reels, or they average around 8K to 10K views per reel.
- They do not need to be a coach. A creator with an audience who is not selling anything yet counts, and is often a better fit.
Cap it at 20 for the week
Maximum 20 creators that you reach out to and follow up with in a week. This is a hard limit. Volume past that means you stop doing it properly and your account gets flagged.
3 Warm them up on day oneEngage first, message later
You never message a stranger cold on the same day you find them. You show up in their notifications first, so that when your message lands you are already a familiar name instead of a random account.
Follow every creator on your list
Go through your 20 and follow all of them.
Like a few of their posts
Not one, not twenty. A few recent posts each, so it reads as genuine interest.
Like their stories
Story views and likes put you directly in front of them. This is the highest signal engagement you can give.
Do this for everyone that week
Work through your full list for the week in one sitting so they all start the clock at the same time.
Now wait 24 hours
Do not message anyone on day one. Let a full day pass so the engagement registers. Day two is when you open conversations.
4 Send the first DMAfter 24 hours, word for word
There are two versions. Which one you send depends on whether the creator is already selling coaching or not. Send it exactly as written. The only thing you change is their first name.
If they are not selling coaching yet
Use this for any creator with an audience who has no offer.

Swap the name, change nothing else
Replace the bracket with their actual first name. Do not rewrite it, do not add emojis, do not make it sound more like you. This copy is tested. Yours is not.
5 When they reply, send the breakdownTwo messages, nothing else
Almost every creator who is interested replies the same way. Something like "tell me more", "send me the details", or "I am interested in hearing about this offer". When that happens you do not explain the offer yourself. You send the breakdown and you stop talking.
Message one is the link, on its own
Send the Acquisition Systems breakdown page as its own message. It lays out the entire system, the timeframe, the funnels and how we run the operation. It does the selling so you do not have to.
blueprint.acquisitionsystems.app
Message two goes right under it
One short line, sent as a separate message directly beneath the link. That is the whole second message.
let me know if you have any questions
Do not pitch on top of it
No paragraph explaining the offer, no pricing, no promises about results. Two messages and then you wait. If they ask a question you cannot answer, tell them it gets covered properly on the call and move to step seven.
If they go quiet after the link
Same rules as step six. Follow up at 24 hours, then again at 48. Plenty of creators read the whole page and only reply once you nudge them.
6 Follow up until they answer24 hours, then 48 hours
Most of your booked calls will come from a follow up, not the first message. Creators get buried in their inbox and your message slides out of view. Being relentless is the single biggest difference between partners who earn and partners who do not.
At 24 hours with no reply, go to their latest post
Not the DM. Go to whatever they posted most recently, like it if you have not already, and leave a comment. The comment is how you get them to open the inbox.
The comment has two halves
First something genuinely positive and specific about that actual post, then a comma, then the fact that you sent them a DM. Keep it short and keep it real. Generic praise reads as a bot.
(something specific and positive about this exact post), sent you a DM by the way, think you will want to see it
What that looks like in practice
Two worked examples so you can see the shape of it. Write your own version of the first half every time, based on what is actually in the post.
biceps are looking strong, sent you a DM by the way, think you will want to see it
this breakdown is clean, sent you a DM by the way, think you will want to see it
At 48 hours, bump the DM
Still nothing? Go back into the conversation and send one word with an arrow. That is the entire message. It pushes the thread back to the top of their inbox without adding pressure.
bump ⬆️
The moment they reply you are back on step five
It does not matter which follow up pulled them in. As soon as they ask for more, send the breakdown link and the one line under it.
7 Book the call yourselfThis is the step that pays you
Once they have seen the breakdown, an interested creator says some version of "let's hop on a call" or just "I am interested". From there your only job is getting a time out of them and putting it in the calendar. You book it, they do not.
Ask for a time today or tomorrow
Never offer next week and never ask an open ended question like "when are you free". Soonest possible wins. Every day of delay loses calls.
when's a good time for you today or tomorrow?
If they cannot do either, stay inside this week
Only if they tell you they are busy for the next two days do you widen it. This week is the furthest you ever go.
all good, when's a good time for you this week?
You fill in the Calendly, not them
Do not send the creator a booking link and hope they use it. You open the Calendly, pick the slot they gave you, and enter their details yourself. You will need their name and their email address to complete it, so ask for the email in the same message where you confirm the time.
calendly.com/hacker1training/acquisitionsystemsoffer
Put your own name in the additional details box
This is the most important keystroke in the entire system. In the additional details field on the booking form, write your name. That is the only record of who brought the call in.
We take it from there
Acquisition Systems runs the call. You do not attend, you do not prepare anything, and you do not need to know how the offer is priced. Go back to your list and keep working it.
When that creator signs, you get paid
If the call closes and the creator becomes a paying client, we reach out to you directly and send your $300. One booked call that closes, one payment, every time.
Break these and you are out.
These rules protect the brand you are representing and the money you are trying to make. They are not suggestions.
Profile first, always
No outreach until your bio and grid are done. You represent a real agency.
Maximum 20 creators a week
A hard cap. Going past it kills quality and gets your account flagged.
Always wait the 24 hours
Follow and engage on day one. Message on day two. Never the same day.
Only message creators who qualify
If they miss the follower or view requirements, they do not go on your list.
Never argue or spam
If someone says no, thank them and move on. You represent the brand in every message.
Your name goes on every booking
In the additional details box on the Calendly, every single time. No name means no credit and no $300.
Always book the soonest slot
Today or tomorrow first, this week at the absolute latest. Never offer next week.
Let the breakdown do the selling
Send the link and one line under it. Do not explain the offer or talk about pricing yourself.
Follow up every time
Comment at 24 hours, bump at 48. Most of your money comes from the follow up, not the first message.
Simple is not the same as easy.
Nothing in this system is hard. You send messages. That is genuinely the whole job. What separates the partners who get paid from the ones who vanish is not talent, it is whether they are still sending messages in week six.
You are sending messages and getting paid when they land
No calls to run, no product to build, no money out of your pocket, no clever answers to invent. You send a message, you follow up, and you hand the interested ones to us. We do the rest.
Most creators will ignore you, and that is fine
Out of 20 in a week, most say nothing at all. That is not you doing it wrong, that is the job working exactly as expected. It is a volume game, and volume is the only thing that makes it pay.
Almost nobody replies to the first message
The comment at 24 hours and the bump at 48 are where most booked calls actually come from. Partners who skip the follow up are not saving time, they are throwing away the calls they already earned.
Your first $300 is not landing on day one
Give it a few honest weeks before you decide anything. Treat the first month as learning the motion rather than as proof it does not work, and keep going when the early weeks are quiet. That is the whole trick.
Be honest with yourself about this. Twenty messages a week is roughly 20 minutes a day. That is the entire ask. The partners who make real money here are not the smartest ones and they were not the best on day one. They are the ones still sending the twenty in week eight, after the first few weeks were quiet. Patience and persistence are the only two things this actually costs you.
Your first $300 is one booked call away.
Set the profile up today, build your list of 20, and send your first messages in 48 hours. The only people who fail at this are the ones who never start.
